Tasks

-Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to support project success and future opportunities -Oversee day-to-day operations, including project reporting, client invoicing, and team coordination -Help define and maintain project scope, monitor budgets, and track financial requirements throughout the project lifecycle -Manage direct reports, fostering strong performance and helping keep the project on schedule and within scope -Contribute to business development efforts and support recruiting initiatives to strengthen the ROW team -Collaborate with the Project Manager, clients, and the ROW team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently -Support acquisition and relocation tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project guidelines -Provide quality feedback and coaching to staff -Assist in managing complex, federally funded public sector Right of Way projects from initiation through closeout

What You Bring

-Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills -Has the ability to successfully manage a project team -Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines -Must include performing relocations under the Uniform Relocation Act -Understanding of project financials -Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of Right of Way acquisition experience -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and Outlook -Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems -Valid Driver’s License -Can adapt to new systems and software environments -Provides strong customer service experience -Is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn -Has excellent written and verbal communication skills -Prior experience with creating/maintaining project schedules -Thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting -Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks -Able to properly delegate to ensure the success of the project
