Tasks

-Carrying out the environmental component of multi-disciplinary projects -working with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to identify and address issues and permitting requirements -Preparing environmental documents for all phases of transportation projects from planning through to construction -Analyzing input from multi-disciplinary teams and consultants -Coordinating public consultation programs, including open houses and project websites -Interacting with clients, regulators and stakeholders -Writing reports, proposals and presentations

What You Bring

-Relevant degree in Planning, Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences or Engineering. and min 6 years experience. -Professional designation (e.g. MCIP, RPP) desirable -Strong report writing skills. -Ability to work in a team environment. -Demonstrated experience as an Environmental Planner on Provincial transportation infrastructure projects -Possess a valid driver's license. -Self-motivated, have excellent technical writing and interpersonal communication skills
