Tasks
-Acting as technical specialist or project manager on mid-size projects, as needed -Supervising small staff of professionals and technicians as needed -Making decisions on significant design and engineering procedures, as needed -Performing complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures -Delegating to and mentoring junior staff, as needed

What You Bring
-Master’s degree -Professional Engineer (PE) license -Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task -Software knowledge: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Office; scheduling software, hydraulic or process modeling software experience a plus -Registered Professional Engineer in Washington or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field -Previous experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects -Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and supporting implementation of pipeline, pump station and/or treatment projects
