What You Bring

-Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) -10+ years of engineering experience, -Proven track record of delivering complex transmission line studies for large scale, 500kV or above projects, from feasibility through detailed design. -Must be legally entitled to work in Canada -Experience providing expert testimony for public outreach and PUC hearings is preferred. -Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including IEEE, NESC, CIGRE, EPRI, and others. Active participant on related industry committee is preferred. -PE License required -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. ABET accredited program or equivalent required. Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power is a plus. -Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, clients and external agencies -Highly driven toward team success and professional growth. -Ability to work in a high-paced team environment -Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. -Proficient with PSCAD, PSSE, CDEGS, EPRI workstations, and ATP -Must have the ability to travel across the United States and Canada -Experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers. -Up to 15% travel required
