Tasks

-Create technical details, coordinate building systems, and manage consultant input. -Prepare and process permit submittals and support city agency review processes. -Maintain high standards of design quality, code compliance, and constructability. -Develop and refine drawing sets from schematic design through CDs and construction. -Lead or assist in the day-to-day management of projects, including schedules, deliverables, and coordination meetings. -Contribute to in-studio discussions around design, detailing, and technical innovation.

What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools -Given some client/project relationships, fluency in Korean is preferred but not required -Familiarity with California codes and local permitting processes / Experience researching local building codes across various U.S. jurisdictions -Authorization to work in the U.S. (We cannot sponsor visas at this time) -Experience producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants and jurisdictions -Proficiency in Revit is essential (applicants must be able to build and manage drawing sets) -Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) -4–7 years of full-time experience in an architecture firm -Clear communication skills and a proactive, organized work style
