-Lead Continuous Improvement program implementation at our manufacturing facility -Drive culture change and provide leadership to ensure Continuous Improvement program success -Attain clarity and alignment: Ensure you have clarity and alignment before moving forward -Partner within Continuous Improvement team for program design to drive innovative and sustainable programs applied, with a focus on plant floor productivity
