Tasks
-Building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups that support strategic initiatives. -You effectively coordinate a large volume of incoming and outgoing communications. -Enhance the world around you - from the environment to the highways, to the buildings and the terrain, WSP is the fabric of Canada. -Managing input from and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization including senior management, shared services and multi-disciplinary technical teams. -Developing and managing the Team’s SharePoint page and ensuring documentation is updated and consistent across various platforms. -Developing work plans and delivery schedules. -Maintaining open and honest communications. -Collecting and analyzing data. -Proactively supporting your team in delivering strategic initiatives, training programs, and Collaborative Business Relationships tools and systems and in return engaging in formal and informal mentoring to support and enable your continuous growth. -Contributing to the development of new ideas and ways of working. -Assisting the team in the creation of innovative and compelling learning modules using your prior experience in the visual design of training outputs. -Reviewing and synthesizing large amounts of data to produce a comprehensible output. -Answering critical correspondence, collecting and synthesizing lessons learned. -You proactively identify what needs to be done and take initiative to do it. -Arranging meetings and workshops, developing meeting agendas and distributing materials. -Reviewing and tracking pursuit requirements to ensure training content and learning outcomes comply with Bid guidance documentation and behavioural assessment criteria. -Working under the guidance of the Manager, Collaborative Partnering to update training & facilitation materials and tools.

What You Bring
-You are resilient and able to remain calm under pressure when working to deadlines. -Strong Client focus, commitment to working in a team environment, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. -An interest in learning commercial acumen and gaining experience in business, commercial and operational solutions, their interdependencies, and the impact of these on the people agenda is an asset. -Confidently communicating with the wider business to foster internal support and understanding of the project and team methodologies and practices. -The ability to organize data and develop presentations that are visually appealing and user-friendly. -Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting ideas and views. -Intermediate level IT skills. -The ability to coordinate logistics for team working sessions in-person and for virtual environments, providing support and documentation throughout. -You speak with confidence and can communicate effectively to a wide variety of colleagues and stakeholders. -Candidates with previous experience working in Engineering Consulting or Professional Services firms are preferred. -Proven experience in building rapport as part of a team and working in partnership with cross functional teams to proactively deliver upon commitments and expectations. -The ability to work autonomously with a positive, can-do attitude and confidence to actively support the delivery of projects and initiatives. -Bachelor’s Degree or technical degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience in supporting project teams. -You manage your time effectively and are highly organized.
