Tasks

-Reporting HSE incidents to management and relevant stakeholders and initiating appropriate actions. -Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to identify improved risk mitigation strategies. -Sharing feedback with management and team members on lessons learned and best practices from within the unit and across ABB. -Supporting and promoting behavioural change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

What You Bring

-Comfortable communicating in English and relevant local languages. -Holds valid safety certifications and licenses applicable in India, along with necessary work permits, if required. -Educational qualifications: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) and Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory) from a state-recognized institute or NEBOSH IGC/Diploma. -8 to 12 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles. -Advanced knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits. -Strong expertise in HSE activities and sustainability practices within the energy and industrial automation sectors.
