Coordinate SHEQ standards, documentation, training, and compliance across construction projects.

Tasks

-Support project teams in meeting Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) standards. -Support the roll-out of SHEQ training and toolbox talks across sites. -Work collaboratively with the project teams and the wider SHEQ team to drive continual improvement. -Help ensure compliance with ISO standards and support external audits and accreditations. -Maintain and update SHEQ documentation, registers and reports in line with company policies. -Assist with incident and accident investigations and ensure lessons learned are communicated.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI, experience with Field View/Viewpoint an advantage. -Confident communicator with the ability to engage with site teams. -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. -Team player who can also work independently. -Strong communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal. -NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or working towards). -Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations. -Adaptable and flexible with a proactive approach. -Previous experience in a H&S / SHEQ coordinator role within construction. -Experience with Sharepoint and Management Systems is desirable.
