The Role

Overview

Lead strategy, implementation, and support of EcoSys and other enterprise SaaS applications.

Tasks

-Customize/Configure EcoSys modules, settings, and workflows based on operational needs. -Develop and maintain EcoSys API integrations with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS, Coupa). -Collaborate with IT, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure product solutions. -Monitor EcoSys system performance, security, and coordinate upgrades and enhancements. -Define and lead product strategies and roadmaps for enterprise applications across departments and global business units. -Champion user-centric support practices and service improvement strategies across the enterprise. -Lead data migration and audit readiness efforts; ensure compliance with organizational standards. -Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and digital innovation. -Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations tailored to business use cases. -Evaluate market trends and licensing options to enhance platform value and user adoption. -Document application configurations, support procedures, and knowledge base materials. -Present product and platform updates to leadership, including financial impact and performance metrics. -Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with support teams and vendors. -Lead stakeholder engagement, application demos, internal marketing efforts, and training programs. -Lead and support EcoSys full life cycle implementations (design, development, deployment, support). -Oversee performance optimization, system architecture, and security improvements for multiple enterprise SaaS platforms. -Represent the applications group in strategic planning and governance forums. -Administer and configure EcoSys in Production and multiple non-Production environments. -Monitor application performance, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements. -Provide technical troubleshooting, end-user support, and ongoing platform education. -Guide internal teams and stakeholders in application design, support, and process optimization.

What You Bring

-Software development and programming experience required. -Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization/reporting platforms. -3 years of full life cycle EcoSys implementations including integrations with ERP systems. -Excellent analytical skills. -Consulting experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries preferred. -7 years of hands-on experience with EcoSys administration, configuration, and enhancement. -Understanding of software and hardware system architecture. -Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment. -Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients. -Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. -Experience in REST APIs, web services, and integration tools. -Bachelor Degree in engineering, computer science or related degree and 8 years relevant experience Required
