Tasks

-Develop and maintain Excel VBA scripts to support automation and advanced spreadsheet functionality. -Automate workflows and data refresh processes using Power Automate. -Design, develop, and manage Power BI datasets, dashboards, and Paginated Reports, including deployment and scheduling within Power BI Service. -Deliver ad hoc reports and perform analytical tasks to support Procurement leadership. -Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality and integrity. -Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration with BI tools. -Develop, maintain and enhance Cognos reports, supporting the migration of legacy reporting to modern BI platforms. -Build and implement SSAS Tabular Models to support semantic layer development and advanced analytics. -Document data models, report logic, and business rules to promote transparency and knowledge sharing. -Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, cleanse, and load data for accurate and timely reporting. -Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. -Conduct root cause analysis and resolve data and reporting issues.

What You Bring

-Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. -Experience with SSAS tabular model development and deployment. -Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. -Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, or related technologies are advantageous. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Familiarity with ETL tools, processes and data warehousing concepts. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Solid grasp of project management methodologies and best practices. -Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Application Developer or Data Analyst role. -Experience developing Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder. -Hands-on experience with Cognos Report Development. -Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases. -Experience with Power Automate, Python, Excel VBA for workflow automation and data engineering tasks.
