Tasks

-Identifying new opportunities and providing informed bid/no-bid recommendations -Preparing and submitting tenders that maximise success and profitability -Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to secure best value -Collaborating with project teams to ensure clarity and alignment -Performing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and risk analysis -Producing high-quality tender documentation and construction programs

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Confident managing multiple tenders at once -Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience) -Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Project -Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail -Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence -3–5 years’ estimating experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
