Cleaning Technician

Overview

Thoroughly clean house plots, compounds and show homes to prepare them for customer move‑in.

Tasks

-Cleaning of all ceramic and sanitary wear in the properties, including taps, shower screens, wastes to remove all dust and grime. -Check that each plot is immaculate and fresh for each customer to move in. -Internal cleaning of window frames and glass ensuring our homes are ready to wow our customers on move in day. -Cleaning of each property to a high standard including the garage if necessary. -Work areas to be cleaned as work progresses and waste materials to be disposed of appropriately. -Intensive clean of each plot prior to the customer moving in - we want our homes to sparkle! -External doors, garage doors, door frames and meter boxes to be thoroughly cleaned.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Self-motivated and have good communication skills -CSCS Card holder -Proven working experience in a cleaning role -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies -Full, clean driving license – will need to travel to various construction sites -High standard of workmanship and pride in the job
