CDL Class B Driver / Boom Operator

Drive CDL trucks, load/unload materials, operate crane/boom, supervise labor.

Tasks

-Use personal protective equipment as required. -Participate in mandatory federally regulated programs. -Responsible for care and maintenance of assigned vehicle. -Drive trucks from the facility to designated job sites safely and in a timely manner. -Notify branch management immediately on any unsafe loading condition. -Load and unload building materials on and off trucks and carry materials onto job sites. -Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to. -Operate forklifts periodically. -Keep mileage logs as necessary.

What You Bring

-One must also obtain a clean driving history record. -Obtain visual acuity. -Dexterity to manipulate and utilize equipment on an as needed basis. -Some schooling is preferred. -Ability to convey directions and work effectively with a partner. -Ability to follow directions from dispatcher/branch management. -One must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). -Will experience frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, and pulling. -Must be able to operate designated crane/boom, or moffett safely and efficiently. -Frequently experience lifting and carrying objects including overhead lifting (weights will vary from 50 to 150 pounds).
