Tasks
-Networking: Build a network of contacts and resources across the company. This program offers extensive opportunities to connect with peers, mentors, and leaders within Cemex. -Rotational Learning: Participate in a structured rotational program that covers different facets of our Cement operations, including Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management. -Skill Development: Develop both technical skills and transferable soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions, and mentorship. You’ll also enhance your leadership abilities as you take on increasing responsibilities.

What You Bring
-Educational Foundation: A recent bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Mining/Materials Science Engineering or a related field. -Safety Excellence: Safety is our #1 core value at Cemex. You’ll be trained in our safety protocols and play an active role in ensuring that safety standards are met or exceeded across all operations. -Leadership Potential: Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. -Technical Proficiency: Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry are preferred. This can include placements, co-op programs, internships, or university projects. -Academic Performance: A GPA of 2.5 or above, with a preference for those with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. -Communication Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills. -36-601.01).
