Lead senior project manager overseeing highways and infrastructure projects for local government.

Tasks

-Identifying blockers to project delivery and finding resolutions -Prioritising client satisfaction through building and maintaining strong relationships and engaging with key clients, whilst forming trusting relationships with colleagues to ensure effective co-ordination for mutually beneficial outcomes -Developing project management plans including project scope, baseline programme, fee estimate, roles and responsibilities, risk analysis, technical review requirements, chairing progress meetings and producing weekly/monthly reports -Managing our project management teams based in our Leeds and Teesside offices. Co-ordinating, developing and supporting project team members in their professional and personal development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement -Managing interfaces between various project team members, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality

What You Bring

-Experience in project and resource management with good financial and commercial awareness. -Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills. -Knowledge of Construction Design Management 2015 and associated duties. -Experience of working within the Civils/Highways sector in either project management and/or business administration and financial planning. -Knowledge of NEC 4 and qualification desirable -Experience in managing a range of project management activities, systems (including enterprise resource planning) and processes.
