Tasks

-Manage statutory records, structure charts, and registers for UK entities, ensuring consistency worldwide -Implement and maintain governance policies, frameworks, and procedures across all Aggreko subsidiaries -Lead and develop the global secretariat team, promoting collaboration and operational excellence -Coordinate filings, incorporations, dissolutions, and structural changes across the Group -Work closely with Group functions and regional teams to support governance and entity management activities -Oversee document execution, notarisation, legalisation, and consular formalities for international transactions

What You Bring

-Experience in governance and entity management across multiple jurisdictions -Strong leadership and team development capabilities -CGI-qualified or qualified solicitor with experience in a multinational environment -Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively -Access to advanced analytics tools and technologies -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Proficient in Diligent Entities (or similar platforms) and Microsoft 365
