Tasks

-Order surveying supplies as directed. -Complete time sheets, production tracking/management, extra work tickets, daily construction reports, and required safety -Establish baseline-building controls and work points; calculate, coordinate, and layout points with accuracy, based on -Travel and accommodate night and weekend work as needed -Assist with overall site safety and quality programs and ensure compliance of Trade employees and Trade Partners in -Engage, interact, and coordinate work with other team members. -Ensure security of equipment while conducting surveying operations. -Coordinate surveying tasks throughout duration of construction project. -Ensure coordinated work between Trades utilizing discipline contract drawings, shop drawings, and submittals. -Promote teamwork in daily operations, and maintain positive working relationship with customers, contractors, suppliers, -Identify and escalate drawing discrepancies within building layout to supervisor. -Conduct As-Built Surveys and prepare electronic data for submission to team members. -Clean surveying equipment to ensure equipment is ready for next day’s work. -Conduct daily inspection of surveying equipment and track equipment calibrations. -Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule
