  • Ensure TIS submissions meet the standards and requirements of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
  • Conduct data analysis, scenario testing, and sensitivity assessments to support transport planning decisions.
  • Prepare clear, concise technical reports and presentations for clients and authorities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
  • Apply advanced transport planning and traffic analysis tools such as PTV VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO, SYNCHRO, and SIDRA.
  • Maintain strong relationships with RTA and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
  • Develop and calibrate transport models to forecast traffic demand and assess network performance.
  • Lead and deliver Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) using the Dubai Strategic Transport Model (DSTM).

  • Hands-on experience using the Dubai Strategic Transport Model (DSTM) for TIS delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Traffic analysis tools: SYNCHRO, SIDRA
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience, with proven expertise in Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in Dubai.
  • Preferably RTA-approved Transport Modeler.
  • Proficiency in traffic engineering and analysis software, including:
  • Previous consulting or advisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English.
  • PTV Software Suite: VISUM, VISSIM, VISTRO
