Design mechanical building services for university, college and lab projects in Oxford.

Tasks

-Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects, including providing technical support -Liaise with clients and external designers -Compile specifications, drawings and contract documents to the required technical quality, ensuring designs comply with the relevant codes, standards, regulations and procedures -Identify scope changes, under the change control process, and maintain planning and cost control -Monitor budgets for clients based on their specifications to ensure work is delivered to budget and timescales -Provide building engineering services design to buildings and infrastructure

Requirements

• engineering degree

What You Bring

-UK driving licence -You’ll have 4+ years of working in Mechanical Building Services Design -First and foremost we are looking for someone who is a self starter and can work autonomously, as well as part of a team -Ideally hold an industry recognised BEng or MEng degree
