Grounds Technician - Federal Hill

Overview

Maintain grounds, clean common areas, and handle snow/debris removal.

Tasks

-Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties. Paint touch-up as necessary. -Maintains the grounds of the assigned property. Cleans the exterior, hallways and breezeways of the interior common halls, and surroundings of each building. -Collect all debris around buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas. -Performs daily grounds routines. Responsible for daily removal / clearing of snow, trash and debris.
