Assist Expeditor and Package Manager in resolving supplier’s late documentation deliverables.
Coordinate with Package Manager, Expeditor, and Freight Forwarder regarding supplier Inspection Release Note, shipment, and delivery.
Participate in audits and review processes as necessary.
Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.
Participation in supplier review and selections.
Optimize purchase and deliver assigned packages at the lowest total cost while still maintaining quality, safety, specifications, Company standards/procedures, client requirements, and schedule.
Responsible for the safe and complete delivery of equipment and services in a timely manner.
Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare;
Perform PO close-out and complete supplier performance evaluations.
Arrange for site services where required.
Perform various Procurement activities including arranging Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for bid and PO/Contract for purchases including variation requests.
Assist Expeditor with resolution of non-conformances and OS& D’s (Over, Short, & Damages).
Provide input to Project Controls for cashflow forecasts related to assigned packages.
Provide input to Procurement reporting.
Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department;
Participate in mitigation and recovery efforts for assigned packages.
Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors to help develop new business opportunities for Company.

At least 10 years of experience in purchasing & material management and offshore oil and gas related projects.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in purchasing & material management from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and best practice.
Possess good analytic & problem-solving skills.
Experienced working in FPSO projects in the areas of purchasing & material management and offshore oil and gas.
