Tasks
-Accurately gather requirements of the engagement, establish the scope of work, estimate effort and value and draft client proposals -Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and enhance the customer acquisition process -Manage and grow client relationships to actively identify new opportunities for Dynamic Risk’s software solutions and consulting services. -Participate in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), changes in the scope of work associated with ongoing projects, and all other proposal requests. -Identify and target potential clients who could benefit from our software solutions. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into new customers. -Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. -Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. -Ensure the sales pipeline and forecast are current in the CRM system and weekly reporting is accurate.

What You Bring
-Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in working with or within energy industry organizations or consulting firms. -High adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Display a strong sense of self-direction and initiative. -Collaborative and able to work effectively with internal teams. -Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in Enterprise Software Sales -Effective problem-solving skills to address objections and barriers in the sales process. -An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. -Demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with customers, creating value for both parties -Occasional travel (10-20%) may be required for client visits and industry events. -Comfort with technology and the ability to convey technical information to prospects. Technical expertise in pipeline integrity, data management or related disciplines would be an asset.
