Analyze and manage corporate real estate leases across APAC region.

Tasks

-Liaise with landlords on leasing related matters -Involved in lease acquisitions and disposals process -Support portfolio optimisation and transformation initiatives where applicable -Support review of lease documentation -Monitor market trends to support formulation of short to long term strategies -Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or internal processes and requirements -Lease documentation administration using outsourced database -Support preparation of approval templates, financial analysis, and business cases -Conduct market research, analysis, and benchmarking of new/existing leases vs external market -Provide financial controlling, budgeting and spend analysis for real estate

-At least 2 years of experience in corporate real estate essential -Degree in Real Estate/Business Administration; diploma will be considered with at least 5 years experience -Strong in analytical skills -Sociable and pleasant -Responsible and proactive -Able to handle difficult customers and uncertain situations -Self-motivated and independent -Able to travel when needed -Good decision making -Proficient working with numbers to gain insights -Highly energetic and optimistic -Well-versed/familiar with property laws and lease contract clauses -Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
