Tasks

-Lead risk assessments, audits, inspections, and investigations; ensure timely resolution of incidents and non-conformances. -Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients. -Lead audits, assessments, certifications, and operational reviews to ensure compliance and drive improvements. -Act as coach and strategic advisor to the Management Team on all HSEQ-related topics. -Represent HSEQ in the Domain Airports leadership, ensuring alignment with both corporate goals and regional objectives. -Work across diverse and high-growth APAC markets, delivering impact on strategic regional projects. -Be a key driver of safety and quality in a global leader in airport automation and infrastructure solutions. -Maintain and further develop HSEQ Management Systems and digital tooling. -Create and execute a comprehensive HSEQ strategy for Domain Airports, aligned with global business priorities and functional communities. -Assure operational governance and adherence to business processes across regional entities. -Support contractor HSE oversight, including verification of competencies, inductions, and compliance with legal and internal standards. -Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align with your HSEQ strategy and vision. -Provide ongoing HSEQ training and capability development, including onboarding, site inductions, and certification compliance. -Drive HSEQ across the full value chain, especially in Project Execution, Life Cycle Services, and Construction environments. -Coordinate and connect HSEQ initiatives across all Domain Airports locations to ensure consistency and synergy. -Set HSEQ performance targets and drive the WISE CI Program to improve business outcomes. -Oversee effective implementation of the Corporate HSE and Quality Management Systems across all regional operations. -Motivate, coach, and mentor teams to develop a strong safety and quality culture across the business. -Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and APAC-specific Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation. -Lead the Domain Airports’ Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality teams functionally to deliver high standards across regions.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel in APAC geographic regions. -Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; able to process complex data and translate it into effective HSEQ strategies. -Demonstrated leadership of geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams. -Fluent in English with excellent communication, training, and stakeholder influence skills. -Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) (preferred). -High level of personal initiative, problem-solving ability, and passion for driving safety, quality, and environmental performance. -Proven experience in the implementation and management of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems. -Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (highly regarded). -Construction Induction Card (White Card) and First Aid Certificate. -10+ years of progressive HSEQ experience, with at least 5 years in a construction or infrastructure environment, ideally within the APAC region. -Strong understanding of APAC-specific WHS legislation and cultural considerations across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and other emerging markets. -Professional qualification in HSEQ is required.
