Tasks

-Support submittal preparation for jurisdictional reviews and permitting. -Research and apply local, state, and federal design standards and codes. -Perform grading and drainage design, including stormwater management and erosion and sediment control. -Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimating. -Support roadway and parking design using Civil 3D and related software. -Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project milestones are met. -Participate in field visits, data collection, and site assessments as needed. -Assist in the preparation of design plans, construction documents, and technical reports for site development projects.

What You Bring

-Effective written and verbal communication skills. -Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. -Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with AutoTurn and HydroCAD is a plus. -Experience in civil/site design, land development, or related field preferred. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -EIT certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
