-Spearhead the design of high-voltage substations (15 kV to 500 kV) using design software. -Strategize and oversee task execution to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget across disciplines. -Oversee and refine QA/QC processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with industry standards and client expectations. -Champion mentorship and professional development across the team, serving as a technical resource and role model. -Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, driving innovation and ensuring satisfaction through strategic engagement and collaboration. -Oversee and refine drawing development and CAD-based design tasks, applying advanced expertise and driving quality standards. -Champion the application of client standards and applicable design codes and specifications related to design requirements.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -10+ years of experience -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -Strategic and detail-oriented, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex systems and workflows. -Authoritative ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations. -Trusted and respected, with deep expertise in fostering collaboration across disciplines and driving innovation within project teams. -Forward-thinking communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration. -Valid Driver’s License is required. -Expert in the design of substation physical structures, wiring, and controls. -Mastery in working with AutoCAD, ACADE, or Inventor.
