Assist Branch Manager in leading team, sales & customer service at Jewson.

Tasks

-Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey -Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts -Develop great relationships with new and existing customers -Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth -Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work -Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson Values -Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success -Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
