Tasks

-- Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing-related questions over the phone or via site visits -- Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations -- Schedule rough-in inspections and help facilitate pre-installation and on-site final inspections -- Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits -- Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%) -- Act as primary back up to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre-install inspections, and ordering products as needed
