What You Bring

-Experience working on large-scale, luxury high-rise projects is required -Must submit a comprehensive portfolio as part of the application -15–20 years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on quality assurance and control -Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of reviewing and finalizing construction documents -Must be a licensed Architect in the state of Florida -Expert-level proficiency in Revit is a must

Benefits

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 3 weeks PTO, sick leave, floating holidays, BCBS medical coverage with 50% employer contribution, HSA and FSA options, a 401k Safe Harbor Plan, and company profit bonuses. The position also offers the flexibility of four 10-hour workdays. Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
