Tasks

You’ll play a hands-on role in managing ground-up, renovation, and tenant-improvement projects across Kansas City and Overland Park , all local, no travel required. -Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain safety, quality, and timelines -Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout -Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, quality, and client satisfaction -Mentor project engineers and foster a positive team culture -Coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers to solve challenges proactively -Develop budgets, schedules, and scopes while managing contracts and buyout -Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders

What You Bring

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who’s passionate about delivering high-quality projects and leading teams through every phase of construction. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) -Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills -Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project / Office Suite -Proven ability to manage multiple mid-to-large projects independently -5+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up projects -Passion for building, problem-solving, and growing with a collaborative team -Strong repeat-client base and a reputation for quality and innovation
