Tasks

You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance on one of the most advanced large-scale construction projects in the U.S.—helping deliver excellence from blueprint to build. -Coordinate and perform field inspections with contractors and third-party agencies. -Review and verify Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) from subcontractors before work begins. -Track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch lists, and quality observations. -Prepare and present QA/QC reports and KPI analyses to project leadership. -Conduct audits to ensure compliance with project quality standards and identify areas for improvement. -Develop and execute project-specific Quality Control (QC) plans and inspection procedures. -Manage documentation, calibration schedules, and testing equipment at the project site. -Review material submittals for compliance with design specifications and client requirements.

What You Bring

We’re seeking an experienced Architectural QC Engineer to join our construction management team on a major large-scale industrial project. This role is ideal for a quality-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly technical environments and takes pride in delivering precision-built, code-compliant facilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering (required). -English fluency required; bilingual (Korean or Spanish) a plus. -Experience supporting large-scale or industrial construction projects. -5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in construction and 3 years in QA/QC. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam (preferred). -Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of architectural inspections, city processes, and building codes.
