Tasks

-Move shells -Document information on process sheets and time cards in an accurate and timely manner -Cut and prepare composite materials from patterns to join parts and assemblies -Work closely with all team members to achieve improvements in productivity and quality -Operate machines and equipment or using hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit materials to form parts and assemblies -Follow blueprints and drawings to cut and grind products -Provide support to the generation of Hazard Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures -Maintain a safe working environment by aligning with corporate safety rules and regulations, and support a culture of safety -Model safety culture and behavior across the organization. -Perform all accountabilities of position in line with safety policies and guidelines. -Load shells on carts

What You Bring

-You communicate well with others and like to work as part of a team -You can work variable hours including overtime and weekends as needed -You are able to lift up to 25lbs., with bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time -You are comfortable working at heights and within confined spaces -You have a good understanding of English, including verbal, written, and reading skills -Your basic math and problem-solving skills are good, and you pride yourself on the details -You want to learn how to use new tools and equipment and are comfortable working in a fiberglass plant environment
