Tasks

-Collaborate with design teams and clients during estimate reviews and project handoffs. -Conduct constructability and value analysis to identify cost-effective alternatives. -Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems from conceptual through construction documents. -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and trade partners to secure accurate pricing. -Evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure scope coverage and manage risk. -Analyze drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine complete scope.
