The Role

Tasks

Primary responsibilities will focused with Bottle Prep/Kitting process -Taking inventory of bottle stock to ensure supplies are ordered ahead of depletion -Shipping kits using FedEx Ship Manager -Restocking bottle prep area with supplies as needed -Dispose of samples according to guidelines on a monthly basis to remain in compliance with Environmental Protection Agency and Environmental Health & Safety requirements. -Restock supplies when received so supplies are available to employees when needed. -Communicate effectively with the couriers. -Candidate will support lead Bottle prep technician to prepare sample kits for clients -Count the number of samples when receiving them from clients to make sure that the Chain of Custody and samples match. -Receive and sign the Chain of Custody. -Perform on-site sampling events as needed. -Interact with Project Managers and clients appropriately and professionally. -Receive, log in and label samples, and bottle orders for sign-in and analysis. -Label samples after log in on an as needed basis. -Ensure that client signs, dates, and records time on the Chain of Custody when releasing samples. -Verify that samples are not broken or damaged. -Maintain the shipping/receiving area to ensure a safe work environment. -Inspect samples for damage or violated hold times to maintain sample integrity.

What You Bring

The candidate must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 11am - 8pm. The initial first few weeks of training will be Monday thru Friday, 9am - 6pm. -High school diploma or equivalent -Experience in a fast paced, production. food service or retail type environment preferred -Ability to prioritize -Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship -Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English -Computer skills preferred

Compensation range: $18-$21 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
