What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on this high-profile infrastructure project. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of all quantity surveying activities, leading a team of commercial professionals and ensuring robust financial and contractual management throughout the project lifecycle. -Ability to manage and develop team members -Minimum 7 years' experience in quantity surveying, with proven experience at senior or managing level -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline -Demonstrable experience on infrastructure or highways projects -Strong technical knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Option C -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
