Tasks

-Perform plumbing repairs. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently walks, stands and occasionally sits. -Perform carpentry and plastering. -Paint, remodel, and repair the flooring. -Responsible for general clean up. -Complete installations and demolitions through the facility. -Conduct the equipment checklist and preventative maintenance on equipment. -Responsible for minor and major building maintenance repairs.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of using computer or tablet a plus. -The employee must regularly lift, pull and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. -Electrical and plumbing experience as well as a technical certificate is a plus. -Must have previous maintenance experience. -High School or GED education required. -Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred). -Effective communication skills -3-5 years of Maintenance experience. -Ability to travel as required. -Must be able to work in a team environment and/or with little supervision. -Forklift and warehouse experience preferred. -Troubleshooting abilities
