Tasks

-Perform routine and emergency maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and molds -Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to support startup, shutdown, and quality control activities -Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules -Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards -Adhere to company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements -Inspect machines and equipment regularly to ensure safe and optimal operation -Identify and suggest opportunities for equipment and process improvements -Conduct mold changeovers and assist with mold installations and removals -Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and reports using CMMS or other tracking tools -Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

What You Bring

-Highschool Diploma -3+ years of experience maintaining injection molding machinery in a manufacturing environment -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills -Basic computer skills: experience with CMMS software preferred -Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment -Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
