Tasks

-Assist Forensic Architects and Testifying Experts in research, analysis, and document preparation for ongoing cases. -Conduct background research on building codes, construction methods, and project records. -Prepare and track case documentation, fee collection efforts, and correspondence. -Participate in maintaining case tracking systems and library archives. -Support preparation of consulting agreements, case summaries, and exhibits. -Coordinate scheduling, travel, and meeting logistics for expert engagements. -Organize and maintain case files (both digital and physical), ensuring completeness and accessibility of all project documentation. -Assist with marketing materials, case references, and division database maintenance.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, legal studies, or a related field preferred. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including document editing and proofreading. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with data management systems; familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software preferred. -3+ years of experience in an administrative, research, or technical support role (architecture, construction, or legal environment a plus). -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
