Tasks
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and suggest suitable solar solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads and convert prospects for rooftop solar projects in Bangalore. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Explain technical features, benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers. What You Bring
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the Bangalore region. Minimum 6 months of experience in solar sales (rooftop systems preferred). Ability to work on-field and meet potential customers. We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the solar industry, specifically in rooftop solar sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean energy, confident in customer interactions, and capable of driving conversions in residential and commercial segments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
