Tasks

Due to continued growth in the North East and Yorkshire, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic team here at Aptus Utilities. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, whilst identifying and engaging with prospective customers. You will play a key role in the pre-contract process including aspects of the tendering process whilst engaging with all departments in the business to deliver our market leading service. -Engage in strong collaboration between pre and post contract teams -Ensure high levels of service and expectations are met -Facilitate and manage external face to face meetings -Performance management of customers metrics -Forge strong, long-term relationships with customers
