Tasks
As the Quality Assurance and Risk Manager, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and management of effective quality and risk assurance frameworks that support consistent, compliant, and efficient service delivery. Acting as a central point for assurance, compliance, and performance improvement, you’ll ensure all systems and outputs meet both client expectations and recognised quality standards. -Managing performance data and driving continuous improvement initiatives. -Acting as the key point of contact for client assurance, providing transparent reporting and effective communication. -Leading risk workshops, maintaining active risk registers, and promoting a proactive approach to opportunity management. -You will also lead and develop a small team of compliance professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, fairness, and innovation. -Leading the Quality function, developing strategies and tactical plans that support both operational and long-term goals. -Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to strengthen delivery outcomes. -Administering assurance procedures, validating processes, and providing robust documentation and reporting.

What You Bring
-Eligibility to obtain and maintain SC-level security clearance. -A strong grasp of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and RIDDOR. -First Aid and Health & Safety qualifications. -Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, with experience using CAFM and SAP systems (highly desirable). -Prior experience within a Ministry of Defence environment (advantageous). -Membership in a relevant professional body. -Experience working with mechanical or electrical assets in commercial environments. -Proven experience in the hard services FM sector, with strong operational management and leadership skills. -Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with experience managing team performance.
