Tasks

-Engage with subcontractors, ensuring timely communication, payments and issue resolution -Ensure compliance with Hill processes, ISO9001 standards, and relevant legislation -Prepare and maintain accurate cost value reconciliations (CVCs), cash flows and contract sum analyses -Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments, remeasurements and final accounts -Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of collaboration and improvement -Collaborate with Technical and Production teams to align commercial and programme goals -Attend design and coordination meetings, providing commercial insight and risk awareness -Support the negotiation of client final accounts and ensure effective documentation of change

What You Bring

-Familiarity with procurement planning, reporting tools and construction methodology -Experience in contract or quantity surveying in residential development -Working towards or full membership of RICS or CIOB (preferred) -Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements -Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills -Proficient in subcontract documentation, remeasurement, and value engineering -HND/HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Building Studies -Strong commercial awareness, numeracy and analytical skills
