Tasks

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps, and provide data for construction, engineering, and land development projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in surveying equipment and software. -Perform topographic, boundary, as-built, and construction layout surveys. -Maintain survey equipment, tools, and records. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information. -Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying instruments. -Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project specifications. -Establish legal property boundaries and prepare survey reports, drawings, and maps. -Prepare and submit survey reports, charts, and legal documentation. -Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. -Strong knowledge of surveying methods, GPS, and CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). -Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. -Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor (construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects preferred). -Proficiency in using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments. -Valid UAE driving license (preferred for site-based roles) -Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
