Tasks

-Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform -Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. -Automate workflows and business processes -Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements -Integrate external APIs with Power Platform through API management and custom connectors to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions. -Using Power Platform and the tools it contains -Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends[MT2] such as leveraging the AI opportunities -Addressing and remediating security vulnerability -Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement -Raising the causes of bugs or potential issues of the product and fixing technical issues -Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions -Develop and implement custom solutions using Powe[MT1] r platform and the tools it contains ( eg.Power App, Power Automate, CoPilot studio, Dataverse, AI Builder etc) -Provide technical support and training to users. -Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints -Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications. -Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle -Azure Integration – Leverage Azure services and serverless solutions to extend power platform capabilities -Assists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions. -Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

What You Bring

-Experience with Dataverse, data connectors, and APIs. -Strong familiarity and experience with agile, DevOps ways of working and Value- driven prioritization and execution practices -Have strong development experience on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) [MT3] -Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality -Strong communication and collaboration abilities. -Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills -Excellent team player, able to take/give feedback directly and improve ways of working & collaboration towards positive direction -Certification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will be an advantage -Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. -Deeply interested in automation solution technology, have interested in understanding how technology can help KONE business in productivity gain and efficiency improvement -Solid experience on backlog management, like [MT4] JIRA, capable to translate between business and technical viewpoints. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education -Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers. -Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C# and knowledge over .NET framework is an advantage -Experience with Azure services such as ACS, serverless computing and integration patterns are added advantage -Certifications on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will been seen as advantage. -Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.. -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to present content with clarity concisely -Min 3 years’ experience in enterprise automation, low-code/no-code platforms, as developer
