Overview

Manage electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and team for refinery/petrochemical plant

Tasks

-Create plant preventative maintenance procedures. -Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods. -Documentation and preparation of daily progress reports and maintenance logs. -Responsible for spare management for machines to reduce breakdown time. -Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. -Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications. -Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians. -Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.

What You Bring

-Know how on drives of various makes like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Amtech, ABB etc. -Good Communication skills , having experience in handling Customers internally & externally. -Should have experience in executing maintenance activities in Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Process plant/Power plant. -Should have experience in handling motor maintenance of LT rating up to 315kW & HT 2MW. -Should be familiar with Report preparation, PPT & Excel. -Should have experience in maintenance of Power & Distribution transformer Oil & Dry type. -Good knowledge of Electrical Power & Control system. -Shall be able to join within One month from the date of Offer. -Good in trouble shooting and break down analysis skills in electrical systems of & LT switchgear. -Complete know how of Safety systems & should be familiar with safety procedures while executing electrical work. -Shall have the Supervisory license for HT/LT systems. -You should have minimum 15 years’ experience preferably in Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer process plants with bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. -Should have managed a team strength of min- 100 persons. -Should have experience of Handling Operation, Breakdowns & Routine maintenance of DG sets & Gas turbine -Expertise in organizing, planning & coordination of day-to-day maintenance activities. -Good in Coordination and Communication, keeping good relationship with Team members and Client.
