Technician

Overview

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and housekeeping for commercial/industrial sites.

Tasks

-Be required to come on-site if urgent issues arise. -Enforce and check general housekeeping and tidiness of the workplace and workspace. -Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and timely. -Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards. -Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols. -Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices. -Attend to TAM cases assigned by the Engineer on-site, carrying out permanent rectification or temporary repairs/fixes (when necessary) within the given time. -Assist the Engineer in following up on outstanding issues passed down. -Provide instruction and work with technicians to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs as instructed by the Engineer.
