-Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for large commercial and healthcare construction projects. -Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. -Support field operations on active military bases with a focus on communication, precision, and compliance. -Conduct schedule analysis, progress tracking, and reporting for leadership and federal clients. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

What You Bring

(Active Clearance a Plus) -4–7 years of experience as a Scheduling Engineer in large-scale, ground-up commercial or healthcare construction. -Willingness to relocate permanently to the Minneapolis headquarters - Relocation provided -U.S. Citizenship required; security clearance or eligibility is a plus. -Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred). -Strong communication and coordination skills essential for success on active military bases.

Benefits

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 + Relocation Assistance + Bonus
