Overview
Support safety/quality by performing mechanical/electrical construction, budgeting, and inspections.

Tasks
-Participate in commissioning processes, developing checklists, and performing functional tests. -Perform job inspections to ensure specifications and expectations are met. -Identify potential quality problems in design documents and assist in constructability reviews. -Develop sequencing requirements of various systems to meet schedule requirements. -Complete systems analysis for select projects. -Assist with the shop drawing/submittal process to comply with contract documents. -Assist in reviewing mechanical and electrical options during the preconstruction process. -Assist in bid analysis and provide input during subcontractor selection. -Lead, support, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. -Complete entry-level and routine mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities. -Develop mechanical and electrical scopes of work for bid coordination.

What You Bring
-Ability to perform work accurately and in a timely manner. -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or related field. -Proficiency in MS Office. -Learn to develop budgetary mechanical/electrical estimates using automated systems. -Knowledge of construction management means and methods. -Experience with healthcare or similar projects, construction, AutoCAD, and Revit. -5+ years of construction and/or engineering experience is preferred. -Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team. -Intermediate verbal and written communication skills. -Experience as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on HVAC. -Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
