Pest Control Technician

Overview

Deliver pest control inspections, treatments, proofing and reporting for client sites.

Tasks

-Escalate concerns and pest activity to site management and relevant teams as needed. -Perform proofing works and pest deterrent installations within technical capability. -Provide clear communication—both verbal and written—to clients and internal stakeholders. -Ensure strict adherence to company Health & Safety and COSHH policies when handling pesticides. -Conduct site visits in accordance with service schedules and client specifications. -Respond promptly to emergency call-outs from the Helpdesk. -Carry out detailed inspections and accurately document findings and recommendations. -Take full ownership of pest-related issues, including infestations, cleaning, and proofing.

What You Bring

-Bird proofing knowledge -Full UK driving license -General building/fabrication skills -Proven experience in pest control environments -Competence with digital reporting tools and basic PC literacy -Experience in retail, leisure, or FM sectors -RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent)
